List of needs
On Nov. 4, voters in Hubbard will decide the fate of a 2.5-mill, five-year emergency levy to operate and make repairs at the Hubbard Community Pool. The long list of needs includes:
Replacing the main pool pump, boiler/heat exchangers, dehumidifiers, lockers, existing ladders, windows, outer doors, fire doors and railings on the stairs and observation deck.
Repairing the roof, superstructure and drop ceiling.
Upgrading the electrical service, including the indirect and underwater lighting.
Upgrading the handicap access lift.
Adding strobes to the fire alarm system.
