XSALEM -- Erika Stallsmith, 6761 Tippecanoe Road, Canfield, became the bride of Paul Freedy, 4891 Canfield Road, Canfield, during a ceremony at 2 p.m. Sept. 13 at Locust Grove Baptist Church.
The Rev. Bob Noble officiated for the daughter of Ron and JoAnn Stallsmith of the Tippecanoe Road address and the son of Anthony and Janet Freedy, 5191 W. South Range Road.
A reception was held at The Georgetown, Boardman. The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and live in Canfield.
Mrs. Freedy graduated from Youngstown State University with an associate degree in applied science. She is a dental hygienist for Dr. Martin Raupple in Canfield and Dr. Scott Santucci in Niles.
A commercial electrician, Mr. Freed is employed by Valley Electric, Girard. He holds a five-year certification for the National Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee for IBEW Local 64.
Bugle beads and pearls accented the bodice of the bride's A-line gown of white satin.
Janet Dickey was honor attendant. She wore a platinum dress, as did the bridesmaids, Stephanie Farris, the groom's sister; Andrea Ankeles; and Erin Rock and Sara Ferreri, the bride's cousins. The groom's niece, Chloe Freedy, was flower girl.
Best man for his brother was Sam Freedy. Groomsmen were Dan Gross, Rob Wilt, Bill Norman and Ronald Stallsmith, the bride's brother. Ring bearer was Clay Norman, and the bride's brother, Brent Stallsmith, ushered.
