STEEL COIL FALLS OFF TRUCK: Youngstown police wait on Interstate 680 for removal of a steel coil that fell from a flatbed trailer. It fell onto the southbound lanes near state Route 193 at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday when the truck's load shifted. The driver, Robert G. Robb, 43, of Edinburg Road, New Castle, Pa., was issued a citation for the dropped load. The trailer was towed and the driver was permitted to drive the tractor away.
