Janice Tobin, Anthony Felt are engaged

XAnnouncement is being made of the engagement of Janice Anne Tobin, daughter of Denise and John Tobin of Cogan Station, Pa., and Anthony Joseph Felt of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Youngstown.
The future groom is a son of Michael Felt of Fort Pierce, Fla., formerly of Hubbard, and Renee and James Drentkiewicz of Mars, Pa. Mrs. Drentkiewicz is formerly of Youngstown.
The bride-elect received a bachelor's degree in political science and a certificate in East Asian studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
Her fiance earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education at Slippery Rock University and is a first-grade teacher with the Duval County School District in Jacksonville.
The couple are planning to be married June 19, 2004, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Williamsport, Pa.
