MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays at 11 locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and a $1.50 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Oct. 8: Porcupine meatballs, buttered cabbage, diced carrots, wheat roll with margarine, apple and milk.
Thursday, Oct. 9: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, harvard beets, bread with margarine, marble cake (angel food cake available) and milk.
Friday, Oct. 10: Super dog on a bun with onions and ketchup, broccoli with cheese sauce, baked bean quintet, regular or diet pudding and milk.
Saturday, Oct. 11: Ham and cheese on rye bread with mustard, carrots with ranch dressing, fruited gelatin and milk.
Monday, Oct. 13: Salisbury steak, cheesy mashed potatoes, fall vegetables, wheat bread with margarine, rice pudding (diet pudding available) and milk.
Tuesday, Oct. 14: Sloppy joe on a bun, O'Brien potatoes, health salad, regular or diet peaches and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
