Awards, achievements
POLAND -- E.H. Duncan The Bath & amp; Kitchen Center has been named to the 2003 Top 500 by Qualified Remodeler Magazine, an annual listing recognizing remodeling firms for sales volume, years in business, association memberships, certified employees on staff, industry awards and community service. Tom Duncan is owner and president of the company. The list was published in the magazine's Sept. 2003 issue and on its Web site, www.qualifiedremodeler.com.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Edward R. Toth Jr., president and chief executive of the St. Elizabeth Development Foundation and the St. Joseph Development Foundation, was recently inducted into the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals for its 2004 edition.
A Warren resident, Toth was inducted based on his business accomplishments in 15 years of fundraising for St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown and St. Joseph Health Center in Warren. He joined Humility of Mary Health Partners, parent company for the two hospitals, after holding management positions in the metals, chemical and plastics industries. He retired as vice president of operations at RMI Titanium in Weathersfield and has a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Case Institute of Technology.
STRUTHERS -- Your Tile Center, a Struthers floor covering contractor, was awarded the Golden Trowel Award by the International Masonry Institute for its work on the D.D. & amp; Velma Davis Education & amp; Visitor Center at Mill Creek Park. The award program began in Ohio in 1999 and honors significant architectural design and craftsmanship in union-built construction projects. Your Tile Center has been in business for 40 years. Owners are brothers Michael, Mark and Joe Angelilli.
NORTH JACKSON -- John Dobrilovic of North Jackson was awarded the Top Peddler of the Year award by Cronatron Welding Systems Inc., a member of the Lawson Family of Businesses. Dobrilovic joined the Charlotte, N.C.-based company as a sales associate in 1990, covering northeast Ohio and eastern Pennsylvania. He attended Jackson-Milton High School and is a student at Youngstown State University.
