Wolves Club Den VI installs officers during dinner meeting
YOUNGSTOWN -- An installation ceremony was a highlight of a dinner meeting held by the Youngstown Wolves Club Den VI on Sept. 28 at the Maronite Center.
Inducted as president of the organization was Steve Pantalone. He is vice president of Pantalone Paving Inc. and president of Pantalone Sealcoating Inc. in Niles. He and his wife, Linda, live in Canfield.
Seated as his associate officers were Atty. Gregg Rossi, president-elect; Robert Eusanio, treasurer; Peter Chila, secretary; John Torquati and Andrew Rossetti, members of the board of directors; and Greg Tierno, scholarship committee chairman.
Atty. Carl Nunziato marked the 50th anniversary of the club by recognizing charter members Dr. Frank Damiano, Henry DeSalvo and Rene DiPiero. The three, who are still active members, were thanked for their leadership in organizing Den VI in 1953.
In addition to its primary purpose of providing scholarship support, the organization has contributed more than $350,000 over the years to students at Youngstown State University and to various community projects.
