XCOITSVILLE -- Ursula Joy Risner and Mark S. Rudiak were united in marriage by the Rev. Fred Baer during a 2 p.m. ceremony Aug. 30 at Victory Christian Center.
A reception was held at Antone's Banquet Centre in Boardman for the daughter of Victoria Gurak of Campbell and Rex Risner of Massillon and the son of Jerry and Ann Rudiak of Campbell.
The couple left on a honeymoon trip to Hawaii, where a luau reception was held in their honor.
The bride's ivory ball gown featured a halter-style bodice of jeweled satin and a tulle skirt.
Silver and black gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Melissa Caban and DeeDee Kolidakis, and the bridesmaids, Angel Johnson, Lorraine Rudiak, Annamarie DiLoreto, Valerie Collins, Kimberly Zbell, Jessica Mallin, Jody Mallin, and Cheryl Mallin. Flower girls were Olivia, Gabrielle and Grace Rudiak.
Best men were Jerry Rudiak and Eric Rudiak, and groomsmen were Jerry Risner, Michael Risner, Tod Stoner, John Tovarnak, Vas Patris, Bob Yankle, Jay Morucci, Eric Kusky, John Ortiz and James Tsangaris. Ring bearer was D'Angelo Bevly.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in nursing and is a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown.
The groom is pursuing a bachelor's in business at YSU and is employed at Sam's Club in Niles.
