XBOARDMAN -- United in marriage during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony Aug. 30 at Boardman United Methodist Church were Jamie Smith, 120 Walter Ave., Washingtonville, and Michael Cvetkovich, 4621 Burkey Road, Austintown.
The Rev. Peg Welch officiated, and the Rev. Jim Gaston assisted. Afterward a reception was held at Mr. Anthony's.
The daughter of Steve and Bonnie Vrabel of Washingtonville and the son of Steve and Kathy Cvetkovich, 1190 Trails Edge Drive, Hubbard, honeymooned at the Outer Banks in North Carolina and live at the groom's address.
The bride's two-piece strapless gown featured a brocade bodice enhanced with Swarovski crystals and an A-line skirt that flowed into a chapel train.
Claret gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Wendy Smith, the bride's sister, and Marci Hendricks, and the bridesmaids, Nikki Cvetkovic, the groom's cousin; Stacey Cvetkovich, his sister; Melissa Snyder; and Mindi Houlette. Flower girls were the groom's cousins, Taylor and Sierra Werdon.
Ian Storey was best man, and groomsmen were Jim and Matt Cvetkovic, the groom's cousins; Tim Brown; Kenny Baun; and Jason Santini. Ring bearer was the bride' cousin, Tyler Shaffer.
The bride and groom graduated from Youngstown State University with bachelor's degree, hers in nutrition and dietetics and his in marketing. He is an outside salesman with Warren Pump and Supply Co., Warren.
