WOMEN'S TENNIS
Slippery Rock -- swept the "A" bracket championships at last weekend's Intercollegiate Tennis Association East Regional tournament at Bloomsburg University. The doubles team of Jessica Bungo and Ashley Michaux earned berths in the ITA Small College national championships, held Oct. 16-18 in Corpus Christi, Texas. Bungo also won the singles title to become the first Rock singles player to earn an ITA berth.
