Tony Delmont, director of the Trumbull County Maintenance Department, has been charged with participating in a scheme that allowed nine companies to bilk $400,000 from Trumbull County between 1999 and 2002. The companies are listed below with their sales to Trumbull County. Sales figures also are listed for those companies that also did business with the city of Warren.
