WINNING ENTRY: Here is "Frankie Stein," the creation of a third-grade class at Kirkmere Elementary School in Youngstown. The scarecrow was the winner of this fall's Scarecrow Festival at Inglis Greenhouse in Boardman, an event that collected food and cash donations for the Second Harvest Foodbank of the Mahoning Valley.
