XNILES -- Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church was the setting at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 25 as marriage vows were exchanged by Jessica Lee Cernich and Daniel Hogle.
Parents of the couple are Paul and Patty Cernich, 1604 Hiram Ave., and Jim and Cathy Hogle, 3002 Woodcreek Lane, Algonquin, Ill.
The Rev. John Trimbur officiated, and a reception was held at the Avalon Inn in Howland.
After a honeymoon trip to Hawaii, the newlyweds are living in Chicago.
The bride wore a strapless, mock two-piece gown of organza detailed with beading and jeweled embroidery.
Her sisters, Jennifer and Justine Cernich, were maids of honor, and bridesmaids were Carrie Brunelli, Kirsten Burkhard, Karen Delfs, Kelly Leonard and Lauren Rieser. They wore claret-colored gowns.
The duties of best man were shared by Andrew Hogle, the groom's brother, and Jason Pfaff. Serving as groomsmen were Michael Cernich, the bride's brother, and Ben Goelz, Tim Hurley, Rob Muller and Kent Barnes. Ring bearer was Joseph Hogle, the groom's nephew.
Mrs. Hogle is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She is benefits administrator with eBenX in Chicago.
Her husband holds a bachelor's degree in actuarial science from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He is a benefits consultant at eBenX.
