A business burglary is the focus of Mercer County Crime Solvers this week:
Crime: Burglary and theft.
Location: Sharon, Pa.
Details: Police said someone used a rock to smash the glass front door of the Outdoor Sportsman store at 137 E. Silver St. around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday. The intruder made off with the cash drawer from the register before police arrived. The burglar activated an alarm, and a police cruiser reached the scene within one minute, but the thief had already fled, police said.
