County offices: Mahoning, closed Thursday; Trumbull, closed Thursday and Friday; Columbiana, closed Thursday; Mercer, closed Thursday and Friday; Lawrence, closed Thursday and Friday.
State offices: Closed Thursday.
Federal offices: Closed Thursday.
Public Schools: All closed Thursday and Friday.
Youngstown Diocese: Closed Thursday and Friday.
Universities: Youngstown State and Kent State Trumbull Campus, both closed Thursday and Friday.
Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): Closed Thursday.
