XCOLUMBUS -- The wedding of Lawanda Hope McIntosh and Anthony M. Sharett took place at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 18 at Brookwood Presbyterian Church.
Parents of the bride are Fred and Betty McIntosh, 2165 Bott St., Youngstown, and the groom is a son of Charlotte Sharett, 2780 Stringtown Road, Troy, and the late Charles Sharett Jr.
The Rev. James Crawley officiated, and a reception was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
After a honeymoon trip to the Mexican Riviera, they are living in Reynoldsburg.
A strapless A-line gown was worn by the bride. It was beaded and embroidered, and featured a corset-style tie in the back.
Honor attendants were the bride's sisters, Joy and Kim McIntosh, and bridesmaids were Brittany Conner and Chant & eacute; Flemming, her cousins; Lyndsey Ezzie; and Candice Miles-Threatt. They wore cinnamon-colored gowns.
The groom's brothers, Ralph and Charles III Sharett, were best men, and groomsmen were Scott Dickman, Roy Henson, Jason Boyd, Joseph Ezzie, Greg Jones and Anthony Pierson.
The bride holds a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and a juris doctorate from Ohio State University. She is an attorney with Bricker & amp; Eckler LLP.
Mr. Sharett earned a bachelor's degree from Ball State University and a juris doctorate from OSU. He is an attorney with Habash, Reasoner & amp; Frazier LLP.
