Holiday brunch planned by Angels

BOARDMAN -- Angels of Easter Seals will hold its annual Holiday Brunch and Sweet Shoppe on Dec. 16 at Antone's Banquet Centre.
Strawberry wine punch will be served at 10:30 a.m. with brunch following at 11:30. Entrees will be from recipes in the Angels' cookbooks.
Over 30 varieties of homemade cookies will be available along with the organization's cookbooks and baskets. There also will be a Chinese auction and informal modeling.
Co-chairwomen are Nina Melfi and Mary Rossi. Lynn Bucci is president of the organization.
Cost is $18.50 per person, and table reservations are available. For tickets or to order cookbooks call the center at (330) 743-1168 or contact any member.
Proceeds will benefit disabled children and adults served by the Easter Seal Center of Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.
