Recycling site closed
WARREN -- The recycling drop-off site at Freeway Lanes, formerly known as Rainbow Lanes, 2700 Parkman Road, has been removed because of improper use. The site, sponsored by the Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District, was closed after unacceptable materials were repeatedly left. The drop-off sites are suitable only for glass bottles and jars, plastic bottles and jugs, aluminum cans and steel food cans. Newspapers and magazines are collected in red containers at area sites and may be mixed together. For a listing of other recycling drop-off sites, go to www.startrecycling.com
