XNEW WILMINGTON, Pa. -- Pauline Hughes, 2275 Masury Road, Hubbard, and Mark Miller, 6565 McGuffy Road, Lowellville, were married at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 25 at New Wilmington Presbyterian Church by the Rev. William McCoy. A reception was held afterward at the Brentford House, Hubbard.
The daughter of Gloria Hughes, 2278 Masury Road, and the late Clyde Hughes, and the son of Jay Miller of Lowellville and Diane Miller of Taos, N.M., live in Hubbard after a wedding trip to Cobo San Lucas, Mexico, and Lake Tahoe, Nev.
Escorted by her brother, Alan Hughes, the bride wore an ivory matte satin gown trimmed with jeweled Alencon lace. It featured a V-neckline and a detachable cathedral train.
Laurie Honthy was the honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Beth Miller-Gordon, the groom's sister; Kimberly Vargo; Audrey Hughes-Bell, the bride's sister; Michelle Hughes, her sister-in-law; Eva Moore, and Elisa Mossgrove. Flower girls were Kayla Miller, his daughter, and Mandolin Bell, her niece.
William Flowers was best man, and groomsmen were Mike Gordon, the groom's brother-in-law; Bob Kilar; Brian Trickett; Bob Williams; Dave Wilson; and Cliff Hughes, the bride's brother. Ring bearer was her nephew, Alan Rae Hughes.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University and is the co-owner-trainer of Hughes Arabians in Hubbard. The groom attended YSU and is co-owner of Miller Landscaping in Hubbard.
