XYOUNGSTOWN -- Mahoning United Methodist Church was the setting at 4 p.m. Oct. 4 as marriage vows were exchanged by Jennifer Hacon and David Spahn. The bride is a daughter of Thomas Jr. and Deborah Hacon, 111 N. Richview Ave. Mr. Spahn is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Petty, 702 Ravine Drive, McDonald, and the late Thomas Spahn.
The Rev. Joyce Lawson officiated, and a reception took place at the Regency House in Austintown. After a honeymoon trip to Las Vegas, the newlyweds live in McDonald.
The satin bodice of the bride's gown was accented with pink beads and Venise lace. The basque waist led to a full organza skirt.
Stacey Kilbourne, the groom's sister, was matron of honor, and maid of honor was the bride's cousin, Tricia George. They wore silver gowns as did the bridesmaids, Jamie Myers and Clairi Kent, the bride's cousins, and Jolene Baldado. The groom's niece, McKenzie Kilbourne, was flower girl.
Best man was Chris Gargano, the groom's cousin, and groomsmen were Joseph Sperati, Jeff Leskovac, George Gillie and the bride's brother, Thomas Hacon.
Mrs. Spahn is employed as an administrative assistant with Youngstown City Schools.
Her husband is a laborer with Lencyk Masonry in Youngstown.
