XBOARDMAN -- Cydney Allison Scholze and Shane Albert LaLama, both of 7975 W. Pima Farms Road, Tucson, exchanged marriage vows before the Rev. Kelly Marshall during a ceremony at 4 p.m. Oct. 25 at St. James Episcopal Church.
The couple's parents are Marty and Sandy Scholze, 8405 Glenwood Ave., Youngstown, and Albert and Mickey LaLama of the West Pima Farms Road address.
The couple received guests during a reception at The Georgetown.
Antique bronzed embroidery accented the bodice of the bride's Cinderella-style gown of cream satin.
Honor attendant was her sister, Erin M. Scholze, Asheville, N.C. Bridesmaids were Rachel LaLama, Tucson, the groom's sister-in-law, and Jeanine Hunter, Laney Pinciaro and Elizabeth Shank, all of Youngstown. They wore deep-plum colored dresses. Flower girl was Colleen Shaw, Highland Heights, the bride's cousin.
Best man was Shannon LaLama, Tucson, the groom's brother. Groomsmen were Shelby LaLama of Tucson, his brother; Gregory Palovich of Canfield and Lyle Mazei of Myrtle Beach, S.C., the groom's cousins; and Joshua Keene of Tucson.
The couple are living in Tucson. The bride earned a bachelor's degree in photography at the University of Arizona at Tucson, where she will complete a master's in photography in the spring. She teaches photography at the university. The groom attended the University of Arizona and is self-employed in home construction in Tucson.
