XKelly and Gerald McHugh Jr. of Cincinnati are announcing the birth of twin daughters, Isabelle Faye and Chaela Ann, Oct. 30 at Kettering Medical Center in Cincinnati. Grandparents are Denise and Gerald McHugh Sr. of Poland. Great-grandparents are Harold and Alice Wilds of Canfield and Sam and Nancy Pachell of Youngstown. Bill McHugh of Poland is their great-great-grandfather.
