YOUNGSTOWN -- Two, or possibly three, Mahoning Valley residents have won top prizes in Tuesday's Ohio Lottery Buckeye 5 drawing.
James Carwell Sr. of Campbell won two $100,000 prizes, both from tickets he bought at Gaetano's Pizza Shop, 773 McCartney Road. He'll get $143,000 after taxes.
Connie T. Bell of Niles bought her $100,000 ticket at Girard Santisi's IGA, 419 N. State St. She'll get $71,500 after taxes. Both winners picked their own numbers: 9-13-20-26-37.
One more $100,000 Buckeye 5 ticket was sold Tuesday in the Mahoning Valley, but its holder hasn't come forward to claim the prize.
The merchants who sold the winning tickets will get a $500 bonus per ticket.
