New company licensesnames, logos for schools
AUSTINTOWN -- Two area executives have formed Dodgeball Licensing & amp; Marketing, which helps schools gain revenue from licensing. The program includes having a school's name and logo trademarked. Products bearing the school's logo are produced, with a percentage of sales paid back to the school. Dodgeball, located at 150 Victoria Road, has presented its program to the school superintendents in Mahoning County and has provided literature to superintendents in Trumbull County.
The company president is Rochelle Landy, who has an education degree and worked for United Media of New York, an independent licensing company. She founded Dodgeball with Brian Governor, who is president of P & amp;W Marketing, which specializes in printing and promotional products.
F.N.B. declares 24 cents a share for quarter dividend
NAPLES, Fla. -- F.N.B. Corp. has declared a quarterly dividend of 24 cents a share on its common stock, payable Dec. 15 to shareholders of record Dec. 1. F.N.B. is in the process of dividing itself into two companies. F.N.B. would return its headquarters to Hermitage, Pa., and oversee First National Bank of Pennsylvania, while a new Naples-based company oversees its Florida banking operations.
Farmers National Bancdividend totals 16 cents
CANFIELD -- Farmers National Banc Corp. has declared a quarterly dividend of 16 cents a share on its common stock, payable Dec. 31 to shareholders of record Dec. 12.
