BOARDMAN
Nov. 10
Domestic violence: A 29-year-old Youngstown man was charged with domestic violence after a woman in the 4100 block of Arden Boulevard reported being the victim of threats.
Arrest: After investigating the theft of a coat at Value City Department Store, 1130 Boardman-Poland Road, police arrested a 22-year-old Boardman man at the Mahoning County jail on charges of obstructing official business and falsification.
Criminal damage: A woman in the 7400 block of Huntington Drive alleged a neighbor kicked a hole through a wall at her apartment.
Criminal damage: Someone did $250 in damage to a vehicle's passenger-side window while the car was at the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: Police arrested a 41-year-old Cortland woman on a theft charge after a pair of pants, a men's hooded sweatshirt and a women's shirt were stolen from Kohl's, 383 Boardman-Poland Road.
Assault: A Youngstown man reported someone in another car threw bottles at his vehicle as the victim drove on South Avenue, breaking his windshield and showering him with glass fragments.
Theft: Police arrested a 24-year-old woman, no address given, on a theft charge after two pairs of shoes were taken from Payless ShoeSource, 48 Boardman-Poland Road.
Vandalism: A man found that a $70 vigil lamp was damaged when he visited a cemetery in the 5400 block of Market Street.
Theft: A Youngstown man, 30, was charged with theft after an employee at Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive, alleged he concealed two packs of cigarettes.
Theft: A man in his mid-30s was accused of stealing nine bottles of cologne from Sears in the Southern Park Mall.
Arrest: A 20-year-old Boardman man was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after a Southern Boulevard man reported his 1996 Dodge Intrepid was used without permission.
Theft: Someone took an undisclosed amount of aspirin and medications from CVS Pharmacy, 6121 South Ave.
Theft: A Boardman man reported $200 was removed from his business in the 1200 block of Boardman-Canfield Road, and that $1,500 had been taken over a five-month period.
Arrest: A 20-year-old Boardman man was arrested on Overhill Avenue on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, drug abuse (marijuana) and driving while intoxicated.
Nov. 11
Breaking and entering: Someone broke into Sunrise Farm Market, 8585 South Ave., and removed about $1,100 in cash.
Theft: A man reported that a black canvas bag containing various tools was stolen from his truck parked in the 700 block of Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: An East Palestine man, 48, was charged with complicity to theft, and an East Palestine woman, 39, faced a theft charge after four packs of cigarettes were stolen from Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive.
Theft: Police arrested a 39-year-old Youngstown man on a theft charge after two velvet curtains were stolen from Value City Department Store.
Theft: A man in his 30s was accused of stealing $123 worth of building materials and a $15 wallet from Home Depot, 7001 Southern Blvd.
Criminal mischief: A woman reported tire track damage to her back yard in the 1900 block of Wolosyn Circle.
Theft: A woman returned to her residence in the 7300 block of Bonnie Place and discovered $100 in cash, a $200 flute and case and a $100 clarinet and case stolen.

Domestic violence: An 18-year-old woman was arrested at her Washington Boulevard residence on a domestic violence charge after a Youngstown man alleged she cut his nose.
Arrest: After investigating an auto accident near Southern Boulevard and U.S. Route 224, police charged a 20-year-old Boardman man with misconduct at an emergency and resisting arrest.
Theft: A 32-year-old Struthers man was charged with theft after a package of lobster tails was taken from Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Criminal damage: A man in the 5900 block of Glenridge Avenue discovered $200 in damage to his front lawn.
Vandalism: Both of a vehicle's driver's-side doors, a passenger-side door and its rear bumper were scratched, causing $905 in damage, while the car was at the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: An employee at Spartan Chevrolet, 7870 Market St., reported $2,500 in cash and a $430.65 check stolen.
Truck theft: A 1989 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen in the 400 block of Wildwood Drive.
Theft: A man in the 5900 block of Glenwood Avenue reported his wallet, six gift cards and a debit card missing from his residence.
Assaults: Police arrested a boy, 14, and a woman, 18, at their South Avenue residence on felonious assault charges after each reported being assaulted by the other. The woman alleged the boy cut her with a knife, and she had cuts on both hands.
Vandalism: A Shields Road woman reported four plate-glass windows damaged during a dispute at her residence.
Criminal damage: A Canfield woman alleged a man, 41, smashed her car's driver's-side rear window and a hatch door window while the car was in the 1300 block of Boardman-Canfield Road.

Auto theft: A 1990 Pontiac Grand Am was stolen from the Bull & amp; Bear Tavern parking lot, 1247 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: Police arrested a 31-year-old Campbell man on a theft charge after a Boardman man reported a five-DVD set stolen while he was in the 7400 block of South Avenue.
Criminal damage: A man reported seeing two juveniles break a window at Equity Management, 98 Washington Boulevard.
Theft: A Tudor Lane woman discovered two buckets containing $1,500 worth of quarters missing from her vehicle while she was in the 5100 block of Market Street.
Counterfeit: Someone used a counterfeit $100 bill to pay for services at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, 7210 South Ave.
Burglary, criminal damage: A man in the 300 block of Meadowbrook Avenue reported damage to his property, and a $50 clock, two wristwatches, a $1,500 computer system, two cordless phones and two pillowcases stolen from his home.
Theft: A man in his 70s stole two newspapers from Lottery Express, 5955 South Ave.
Theft: A 20-year-old Youngstown man was charged with theft and possessing criminal tools after an $84 sweater and a pair of blue jeans were stolen from Kaufmann's in the Southern Park Mall. He was also wanted on a warrant charging him with theft.
Forgery: A Youngstown woman reported that a man in his 40s cashed two of her checks at Kmart, 1209 Boardman-Poland Road, and that both had forged signatures.
Theft: An undetermined amount of clothing was stolen from the Old Navy Clothing Store, 377 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: A Campbell woman, 20, was charged with theft after six sweaters were taken from Rave Girl in the Southern Park Mall.
Auto theft: A 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was stolen from the Jillian's Entertainment parking lot in the Southern Park Mall.
Criminal damage, theft: A man reported his father's vehicle's rear taillight and passenger-side window broken, and a cellular phone taken, while the car was in the 600 block of Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft, identity theft: A Boardman woman reported her purse stolen from a locker room at Club South Health & amp; Fitness Center, 7120 Tiffany Blvd., and that numerous fraudulent purchases were made using some of her eight stolen credit cards.
Arrest: A 21-year-old Campbell man was arrested at Miller Rod & amp; Gun, 5140 Youngstown-Poland Road, and charged with violation of a protection order after a Boardman woman reported being a victim.

Bad check: A 28-year-old Boardman man surrendered to police and was charged with passing bad checks after an employee at East of Chicago Pizza, 92 Boardman-Poland Road, reported receiving a check written on a closed account.
Theft: Police arrested two Youngstown boys, 12 and 15, on theft charges after three air pistols and a container were stolen from Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Arrest: A 13-year-old Austintown girl was charged with assault after police allege she tried to harm a pupil at Byzantine Catholic Central School, 5512 Youngstown-Poland Road.
Forgery: An Arden Boulevard man reported that his name was signed without permission on eight fake checks.
Auto theft: A 1988 Pontiac Bonneville was missing from a parking lot in the 5300 block of Southern Boulevard.
Forgery: A man in the 7900 block of Glenwood Avenue discovered a credit-card account opened in his name without his consent. He also reported $15,000 in fraudulent charges had been made.
Theft: A woman reported her purse, a checkbook, two credit cards, an Ohio operator's license and $200 worth of jewelry missing from a locker she used at Club South Fitness Center.
Breaking and entering: An employee at a doctor's office in the 5900 block of Youngstown-Poland Road found the business forcibly entered and an undetermined amount of pills taken.
Theft: Someone stole a $4,000 paint sprayer and hose from inside the new Sam's Club, 6361 South Ave.
Theft: An employee at Forum Health Beeghly Medical Center, 6505 Market St., reported a license plate stolen off her vehicle.
Nov. 15
Criminal damage: A man reported $300 in damage to his vehicle's paint while the car was at the Southern Park Mall.
Auto theft: A 1992 Ford Escort was stolen from the Southern Park Mall.
Arrest: A 32-year-old North Lima woman was arrested at Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive, and charged with endangering children.
Arrest: After stopping a vehicle near Interstate 680 and Shirley Road and determining it to be stolen, police arrested a 45-year-old Campbell man on a charge of receiving stolen property, as well as three counts of possession of drugs.
Theft: A man in the 7400 block of Sierra Madre Trail reported a $500 laptop computer stolen from his vehicle.
Theft: Police arrested an 18-year-old Brooklyn, N.Y., man on a theft charge after a $50 pair of boots was stolen from Gabriel Bros., 850 Boardman-Poland Road.
Auto theft: A 1992 Chevrolet Astro van was stolen from the Southern Park Mall parking lot.
Theft: A Poland man reported his wallet missing from an office at Boardman High School, 7777 Glenwood Ave.
Theft: A woman reported her purse missing from a building in the 6000 block of Applecrest Court.
Auto theft: A 1999 Plymouth Neon was stolen in the 6000 block of Applecrest Court.
Theft: A Warren woman, 46, was charged with theft after a $34 women's shirt was stolen from Kaufmann's.
Assaults: A Struthers girl alleged two 16-year-old girls assaulted her in the Shoe Carnival parking lot, 550 Boardman-Poland Road. Also, a Boardman woman alleged a boy, 16, assaulted her son in the same area.
Assault, criminal damage: A woman in the 5300 block of Southern Boulevard reported that someone grabbed her neck and choked her at her residence. She also reported that a tire on her vehicle was flattened.

Nov. 12
Criminal damage: A woman in the 40 block of Poland Manor reported suspicious tire tracks in her front yard.
Nov. 14
Arrest: After a traffic stop on U.S. Route 224, a 25-year-old New Castle, Pa., man was arrested on a warrant charging him with contempt of court.
Nov. 16
Arrest: After being pulled over near U.S. Route 224 and Diana Drive, a woman, 28, was charged with failure to appear in court.
