I-680 closes at scene of truck accident

YOUNGSTOWN -- Interstate 680 was closed at South Avenue at about 11:20 this morning because of an accident involving a tractor-trailer.
Police did not have additional details as The Vindicator went to press, except to say the road likely would be closed for hours.
