WREATHED IN SMILES: Northeast Ohio Adoption Services has expanded its annual poinsettia sale to include live holiday wreaths. Gere Weller, at left, and Janet Weller are among those preparing the wreaths that can be ordered until Nov. 21 and picked up Dec. 3, 4 or 5 at the office, 5000 E. Market St., Warren.
