'Power in Praise' concert comes to Packard Hall

WARREN -- New Jerusalem Fellowship will present "Power In the Praise" at W.D. Packard Music Hall at 6 p.m. Saturday to benefit its college scholarship fund.
Stellar Award winner Dorinda Clark-Cole and six-time Stellar Award nominee Byron Cage will perform. The event also features Kent State University's Voices of Testimony Choir, University of Akron Gospel Choir, the Eastern Michigan Gospel Choir and the Ministerial Alliance Choir.
Clark-Cole won "Soul Train's" Lady of Soul Best Gospel Album award for her debut self-titled album, which Billboard magazine named one of the top gospel albums of 2002, and a Stellar Award for Female Vocalist of the Year,
Cage has recently been featured on BET's Lift Every Voice and the Trinity Broadcasting Network. His self-titled album, released in February is in Billboard's Top 5 Top Gospel Albums chart.
