XGIRARD -- Sara Danelle Ruiz, daughter of David and Blenda Ruiz, 237 Shoshoni St., Cheyenne, Wyo., became the bride of Jeffrey Clay, son of Robert and Peggy Clay, 2946 Morris-Anderson Road, Niles, during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony Oct. 18 at First Assembly of God.
The Revs. John Musgrave, David Ruiz and Connie Boltinghouse officiated, and a reception was held at the Mahoning Country Club.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Ohio and are living in Cheyenne until they move to California in January.
The bride's A-line gown was designed with a halter neckline and was trimmed with silver roses.
Her sister, Jody Cooper, was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Mary Edwards and Lisa Trujillo, the bride's cousins; Jen Mead; Jillian Clay, the groom's sister; and Zowie Seara and Tiffany Mealy, his cousins. They wore black and white gowns.
Trevor Totten was best man, and groomsmen were William Hollowell; Bryan Seara, the groom's cousin; Dan Knupp; Mike Maggs; Virgil Ruiz, the bride's brother; and David Cooper, her nephew. Broc Cooper, her nephew, was ring bearer, and ushers were Rick Seara, his cousin; and Kevin Cooper, her brother-in-law. Also participating were the couple's son, Oakley Clay, and the bride's nephew, Heath Cooper.
Mrs. Clay is a teacher's aide at Harvest Time Daycare in Cheyenne.
Her husband serves in missile maintenance with the U.S. Air Force in Cheyenne.
