XBOARDMAN -- Nekoe Braswell and Eric Fisher, both of 4101 New Road, Austintown, were married at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 10 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park by the Rev. Dr. Sheldan Arunan.
Parents of the bride are James and Sherry Bresal of Gulfport, Miss., and the groom's parents are Jane Organ of Cortland and William Fisher of Sharon, Pa.
The couple accepted congratulations during a reception at The Rosemont in Sharon before leaving for Niagara Falls, Canada. They live in Austintown.
Adorned with sequins, pearls and lace, the bride's Victorian-style gown featured a bustle and cathedral train.
Plum-colored gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Rebekah Braswell, and the bridesmaids, Jane Rouse, Sandi Terry, Anne Fisher, the groom's sister-in-law, and Michelle Miller, his sister. Flower girl was Cierra Rose Braswell, the couple's daughter.
Kevin Kirk served as best man, and groomsmen were William Jr. and Matthew Fisher, brothers of the groom, and Christopher Olenick. Ring bearer was Bryce Braswell, the bride's son.
The bride attended Kellogg Community College in Battle Creek, Mich., and is a manager with Yum Brands Inc. at the Taco Bell in Niles.
The groom, a correctional officer with the Department of Rehabilitation and Correction in Dayton, attended Youngstown State University.
