Homseys honored at reception for 50th anniversary

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Mr. and Mrs. Frank Homsey of 42 S. Hartford Ave. were the guests of honor Oct. 26 at a reception at the home of their daughter, Leah Brown of Boardman, in celebration of their golden anniversary.
Also hosting the event was another daughter, Lisa Chizmar of Boardman. The Homseys are also the parents of Frank Homsey of Vero Beach, Fla., and Lynn Yannerella of Parma. Nine grandchildren complete their family.
Mr. Homsey and the former Beverly Kantor were married Oct. 24, 1953, at St. Brendan Church, where they are members.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and retired in 1986 from the U.S. Postal Service.
Mrs. Homsey is a homemaker.
