Nov. 4
Recovered property: A briefcase containing a cellular phone and various papers was returned to a Stanhope, N.J., man after he reported it stolen from his vehicle at the Tallyho-tel, Belmont Avenue.
Arrests: After investigating a report of employees being shortchanged at Page's Family Restaurant, 1472 Church Hill-Hubbard Road, and One Stop Mart Drive Thru, 4495 Logan Way, police arrested a 42-year-old Warren man on Logan Way and charged him with theft, six counts of driving under suspension and fleeing and eluding after officers say he ran a red light and nearly hit a road construction worker during a pursuit.

Criminal damage: A Youngstown man reported that a woman kicked and cracked his windshield during an argument on Lynn Drive.
Nov. 6
Theft: A Hayesville, Ohio, man reported his wallet, a radar detector and various credit cards and personal papers taken from his truck at the Holiday Inn.
Assault: A 15-year-old Youngstown boy said a 32-year-old man punched him twice in the face as the victim walked to Liberty Mini Mart on Belmont Avenue.

Theft: A man in the 50 block of Warner Road reported a $2,500 men's diamond ring and $1,450 in cash missing from his residence.
Breaking and entering: A 22-year-old Vienna man was arrested at First Assembly of God Church on Belmont Avenue and charged with breaking and entering after police found a side door window broken and glass fragments in the suspect's pants pocket.

Theft, criminal damage: Someone damaged a vehicle door lock and removed a CD player and two speakers in the 4200 block of Logan Gate Road.
Arrest: After conducting a traffic stop near state Route 193 and Interstate 80, police arrested a Youngstown man, 25, and a Hubbard woman, 20. He was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, driving under suspension and other violations; the woman was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft: Someone broke into a vehicle in the 100 block of Catherine Street and removed a DVD player, a CD player, a black travel bag and a $100 pair of shoes.

Theft: A Youngstown woman reported her purse and cellular phone stolen at Choices nightclub.
Nov. 10
Theft: A man in his 20s or 30s stole five coats, totaling $659, and fled from Fashion Bug in Liberty Plaza.
Theft: Someone stole a checkbook, an Ohio driver's license, $20 and a set of car keys from a vehicle in the 4200 block of Logan Gate Road.
Theft, criminal damage: A man in the 4100 block of Logan Gate Road reported his passenger-side door damaged and an MP3/CD player removed.
Theft: A CD player was taken from a vehicle in the 4200 block of Logan Gate Road.
Criminal damage: Someone broke a rear passenger-side window, causing $200 in damage, while the car was at Aim Nationalease on Trumbull Avenue.

Auto theft: A 1991 Chevy Lumina was stolen from a parking lot in the 1400 block of Townsend Avenue.
Auto theft: A 1985 Chevy K-20 was stolen in the 20 block of Fairlawn Avenue.
Theft: A 17-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested inside an apartment on Montrose Avenue and charged with theft and underage possession of alcohol after an 18-pack of beer was stolen from a Shell True North gas station at Belmont and Liberty avenues.
