WARREN -- East Market Street is restricted to local traffic between Chestnut Street and Logan Avenue through Wednesday. The city is replacing the vulcanized rubber at the Ohio Central Railroad crossing with asphalt. Businesses within the closed area remain open.
Niles special session
NILES -- The board of education will meet in special session at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Central Administration Building, 100 West St., to discuss negotiations with the district's classified personnel.

MINERAL RIDGE -- The monthly meeting of the Weathersfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals scheduled for Thursday has been canceled for lack of an agenda.
