PHILADELPHIA -- Ron Artest scored 30 points and had 10 rebounds to lead Indiana to its fifth straight win. Jermaine O'Neal added 23 points and 10 rebounds for the Pacers, whose 13-point first-quarter lead turned into a five-point deficit entering the fourth quarter. But Artest and O'Neal led the Pacers on an 18-4 run to take control. Allen Iverson scored 37 points for the Sixers. Indiana rallied from the start of the fourth quarter, getting a 3-pointer from Reggie Miller to tie it, then Artest followed with a 3 on the next possession for a 69-66 lead. From there, the Pacers took control, holding the 76ers to 10 points in the final quarter.
Pistons 98, Nets 84
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- Richard Hamilton scored 24 points and Corliss Williamson added 20 off the bench as Detroit won its fifth straight. Ben Wallace had 12 points and 11 rebounds for Detroit (5-1). Chauncey Billups and Elden Campbell scored 11 each. Jason Kidd led the Nets with 18 points and 11 assists.
Celtics 91, Kings 82
BOSTON -- Vin Baker had 18 points and 13 rebounds to help Boston snap a three-game losing streak. The Celtics fell behind 15-2 but took the lead at the end of the first quarter, then took the lead for good at the end of the third. Brad Miller had a career-high 16 rebounds to go with his 19 points, and Mike Bibby added 14 points and 11 assists.
Raptors 89, Nuggets 76
TORONTO -- Vince Carter had 34 points, 10 rebounds and six assists to lead Toronto. Carter went 14-for-22 from the field for the Raptors (4-2), who improved to 4-0 at home. Milt Palacio added 14 points and six assists, and Jerome Williams had 13 rebounds. Andre Miller had 18 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists for the Nuggets. Rookie Carmelo Anthony had 19 points.
Hawks 91, SuperSonics 81
SEATTLE -- Jason Terry scored 23 points and Atlanta sent Seattle to its first loss of the season. Stephen Jackson had 15 points, Shareef Abdur-Rahim added 14 points and 11 rebounds, and Dion Glover scored 13 points for Atlanta. Seattle was the league's last unbeaten team, winning its first three games while averaging 111 points. Ronald Murray scored 24 points in his fourth start in place of the injured Ray Allen.
