Businessman sues Youngstown over records

YOUNGSTOWN -- Samuel Moffie, a Boardman resident who owns a business in the city, is suing the city for release of some public records.
Moffie filed a petition Monday with the Seventh District Court of Appeals seeking all records pertaining to loans and agreements made between the city and Anthony Saadey or the restaurant he owns, Anthony's On The River.
Moffie also is seeking all records pertaining to loans and agreements with Mary Jo Maluso or Silverado Digital, a video production company above the restaurant.
Moffie said the city has failed to respond to his requests for the records, made in early September.
