COLUMBUS -- Jordan Koblens scored in the eighth minute and Westerville North beat Toledo St. Francis to win its second Division I state soccer title.
Koblens intercepted a defender's attempt to clear the ball and took a shot from 10 yards out that goalkeeper Tom Yaggi partially blocked. But the ball rolled underneath Yaggi and Koblens kicked it into an empty net.
