DEFICITS Mahoning County schools
Every school district in Mahoning County except for Boardman and the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center is slated to have a deficit by 2008. School officials will have to make budget cuts or ask voters to approve tax levies to avoid the deficits. Here are the fiscal years the districts are expected to have their first deficits, the amount of the deficits and the amount of the deficits by 2007-08 if the districts do not make cuts or receive additional revenue.
