Health commission seeks chief executive officer



MERCER, Pa. -- The Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission has begun its search to find a new chief executive officer.
The agency has formed a search team and started advertising for applicants to run the $20 million-a-year independent, nonprofit agency that provides county-funded behavioral health and mental retardation services in the county.
Candidates must have at least 10 years' experience as a high level administrator with private or public, nonprofit corporations or the human service/health care field, and a master's degree is preferred.
The salary range begins in the mid-$70,000 range.
The agency is replacing Dana Frankenburg who is resigning Nov. 28 to accept a position as director of government services for the Hudson Companies of Hermitage.
