Columbus Day Committee elects officers

YOUNGSTOWN -- The Greater Youngstown Columbus Day Committee of the Mahoning Valley held a dinner meeting Nov. 5 at the Croatian Home.
Nomination and election of officers was held for 2004.
Those chosen to lead the organization are Timothy Komara, general chairman; Theresa Carano, vice chairman; Lyda Benish, recording secretary; John Carano, treasurer; Amy Komara, orator; Joe Grenga, membership chairman; and May Tisone and Carmel DePaul, trustees.
On the membership-at-large committee are Leonard Mancini, Tony Tucci, Fred Canal and Phyllis Pixler.
