AWAITING THE ANSWER: Youngstown Police Officer Carlo Eggleston listens to the sentencing of Martin Koliser for the murder of Patrolman Michael Hartzell and the attempted murder of Donell Rowe. Judge R. Scott Krichbaum sentenced Koliser to die by lethal injection in March 2004.
