PLANT OF THE WEEK Energy Time Chrysanthemum
Botanical name: Chrysanthemum "Energy Time."
Attributes: Arriving just in time for indoor holiday decorating is the "Energy" series of pot mums. Featuring scarlet red flowers with spoon-shaped petals, Energy Time is floriferous, vigorous and naturally blooms around Halloween. Flowers may last three to four weeks.
Bloom time: Naturally flowers in fall but may be forced to flower in any season.
