Adam Coburn, 19, North Market Street, East Palestine; breaking and entering.
Michael Mizenko, 25, East North Avenue, East Palestine; complicity to breaking and entering, receiving stolen property.
Jeffrey Miller, 22, North Howard Avenue, Salem; abduction, aggravated menacing, aggravated burglary.
Jeffrey Falk Jr., 18, West Perry Street, Salem; theft.
David Seneff, 19, Western Reserve Road, North Benton; theft, possession of criminal tools.
Brock Ward, 19, Washington Street, Salem; receiving stolen property.
Christopher Hamrick, 20, Middletown Road, Salem; receiving stolen property, misuse of credit cards.
Bradley Hill, 21, West Fifth Street, Salem; four counts of breaking and entering, theft.
