YOUNGSTOWN Youth football league to hold all-star games at Stambaugh

The Northeast Ohio Youth Football League all-star games will be held at Stambaugh Stadium Nov. 9.
Opponents will be players from the NEOYFL American and National Conferences. Players and cheerleaders were selected based on the individual player's development of skills, fundamentals, and applications achieved during the season.
Teams from the American Conference are Austintown Little Falcons, Canfield Little Cardinals, Fighting Little Redmen, Howland Little Tigers, and the Westside Patriots. National Conference teams are the Alliance Little Aviators, Austintown Colts, Boardman Little Spartans, Campbell True Vine Saints and the Poland Little Bulldogs.
Three games will be played, starting at 1 p.m.
The 95-pound team is made up of players and cheerleaders from ages 6-8, the 115-pound teams are 9-10 year olds, and the 130-pound teams are 11-12 year olds.
Parking will be available on the YSU campus at the M24 lot on Fifth Avenue. Donations will be accepted at the gate in order to offset league expenses.
