N. Glenellen Avenue Block Watch to meet

The North Glenellen Avenue Block Watch will meet 7 p.m. Monday in Room 103 at St. Brendan School on Oakwood Avenue for planning and reorganization.
Councilman Ron Sefcik, D-4, and police Lt. David McKnight will attend.
