FLU SHOTS | Dates, times, places

Here is a list of agencies sponsoring the shots and places where they will be given:
Mahoning County District Board of Health. The cost is $15 for the flu shot and $20 for the pneumonia shot. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. The sites are: Green Township Administration and Community Building, 12200 Lisbon Road, Greenford, 8:30 a.m. to noon Thursday; South Range School, East Building, 11822 South Ave., North Lima, 9-11 a.m. Nov. 13; New Springfield Elementary School, 10580 Main St., New Middletown, 1-3:30 p.m. Nov. 13; Clear Channel, 7461 South Ave., Youngstown, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Nov. 21.Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 325 New Castle Road, Butler, Pa. Veterans must bring their DD214 discharge papers if they are not under the care of a VA physician. Veterans' spouses can get shots for $15 or at no charge if they have Medicare Part B or Security Blue. Here are the November dates: noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday; and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 18 and 20.Youngstown Community Health Center, 726 Wick Ave.: 1-4 p.m. Wednesday; 9 a.m. to noon Friday.
