MICHELLE SONNENLITTERJOHN LEES
XWARREN -- The marriage of Michelle Judith Sonnenlitter of Doylestown and John Hutchison Lees of Akron was solemnized by the Rev. Charles Crombley during a ceremony Oct. 4 at St. James Church.
After the 2 p.m. ceremony a reception took place at DiVieste Banquet Hall to honor the daughter of Gerald and Elizabeth Sonnenlitter, 1067 S. Meridian Road, Youngstown, and the son of John P. and Ruth Lees, Adrian Drive.
Since returning from a honeymoon to Hawaii, the couple live in Akron.
Mrs. Lees graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree and from the Medical College of Ohio, Toledo, with a medical degree. She is a family medicine resident at Barberton Citizens Hospital.
A systems analyst at First Energy in Akron, Mr. Lees earned bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration at YSU and a master's in information systems at the University of Pittsburgh.
Battenberg lace embellished with pearls and crystals highlighted the bride's gown.
Rachelle Frye was honor attendant. She wore a hunter-green dress, as did the bridesmaids, Amanda Strasik, the bride's cousin; Jessie Kinsley, the groom's cousin; and Marianne Ragan. Junior bridesmaids were Dayna Sammartino, his cousin, and Breann Strasik, her cousin.
Serving as best man was Glen Sonnenlitter, the bride's brother. Groomsmen were Thomas Zazycki, James Zazycki and Daniel Bugno, the groom's uncle.
