DiNunzios feted at dinner party on anniversary



XBOARDMAN -- The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Ray DiNunzio, 134 Lost Creek Drive, was celebrated during a dinner party held at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 10 at Antone's Banquet Center.
Invitations for the event were extended by their family, Michele and Joe Ischkum of Columbiana; Debbie and Stan Boney of Boardman; Ray and Peggy DiNunzio of Arlington, Va.; Frank DiNunzio of Boardman; Mark DiNunzio of Chandler, Ariz.; Amy and Tom Leskovac of Austintown; and Lori and Steve Kurimski of Canfield. There are 14 grandchildren in the family.
Mr. DiNunzio and the former Lillyan Anzevino were married Oct. 10, 1953, at St. Ann's Church, Youngstown. They are members of St. Charles Church where they received a papal blessing and renewed their vows in February.
Mrs. DiNunzio, a homemaker, is a member of a bowling league and a card club.
Mr. DiNunzio served four years with the U.S. Air Force. He was in the oil and gas business for 35 years and retired in 2000 from the Energy Development Corp. in East Liverpool where he was the president. He is a member of Youngstown State University Alumni.
