CANFIELD -- The Youngstown Water Department has lifted the boil order for residents on St. Andrews Drive between Tyler Drive and St. Andrews Court. Residents were asked to boil their water Tuesday as construction crews worked on a waterline project. The water has since been tested and it is safe for drinking, the water department said.
