CLEVELAND -- It's time to crank it up, teen musicians. Deadline to enter the 2004 High School Rock Off is Dec. 5. The contest, in its eighth year, is open to student musicians who are in grade 12 or lower. Musicianship and professionalism count in this contest, which includes cash prizes and a chance to open for a major band at Odeon Concert Club in the Flats.
