TAKING NOTES: Martin L. Koliser Jr., 30, of Boardman makes notes during his trial. He is charged with the killing of 26-year-old Youngstown Patrolman Michael Hartzell and the wounding of 23-year-old Donell Rowe of Youngstown. The jury convicted Koliser today.
